Maintenance Manager

Our factory in Foxhol (Groningen area) is looking for a new proactive technical manager to ensure a safe and stable production of excipients to be used in pharmaceutical drug production (Superdisintegrants). Are you a people manager with the right technical background and affinity to design, plan, coordinate and execute the maintenance with several subcontractors?

Tasks

• Working on and maintaining a smooth and stable production
  process
• Translation of the strategy into a SMART formulated
  year-plan
• Analysis, development and implementation of
  improvements in line with the applicable
  quality and SHE standards
• Planning of maintenance activities considering all
  related key parameters (availability of suppliers, planning, spare parts etc.)
  and in close alignment with the production department and other relevant
  stakeholders
• Organizing, leading and executing small CAPEX projects
• Improve the output from, and the cooperation with
  suppliers by creating and maintaining efficient SLA s and work processes, monitoring
  and periodical evaluation of the activities and the output.
• Ensure appropriate documentation in a regulated
  environment (e.g. work instructions, PM tasks, year plan, FMECA s)
• Maintenance representative, coordinator and host of
  (parts of ) internal and external quality audits.
• Proactive and close collaboration within local
  Management Team and other (international) colleagues to contribute to overall
  business objectives
• Member of the 24/7 consignment service management team

Requirements

• HBO/University degree in mechanical engineering,
  electrical engineering or comparable study
• Several years of experience with maintenance and project
  management. Pre: Experience with outsourcing
  contract management
• Knowledge and experience with Maintenance management
  systems and methodologies, such as: RCM, TPM etc.
• Linking technical maintenance to process safety
  management
• High level of pro-activeness, assertiveness and
  ownership
• Fluent in Dutch; sufficient in English
