Responsibilities:
- Research the industry development trends of mobile phones, laptops, tablet, smart wearable, smart home appliances (Internet OF Things - IOT) and guide the planning direction.
- Responsible for mobile phone & IOT product Go-To-Market activities and align with HQ of all the Product Retail Preparation, Product Launch with related department (Marketing and Sales Dept).
- Conduct consumer research at all stages of product life circle. Influence product portfolio planning, product definition and promote product competitiveness.
- Follow up the development trend of smart phone and IOT technology and understand the new technologies and devices.
- Good communication and coordination skills are required, good at cross-departmental, multi-team joint work and able to carry out product management from overall to detail.
- Delivery all products and Retail investment calculation and make sure country execution.
- Designs and implement Retail campaigns and has a perfect understanding of what "added value" means.
- Market & Competition Landscape Analysis.
Requirements
- Candidate must at least posses minimum Diploma/Bachelorâs Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- Having 4+ years of strong analytical and problem-solving experience (top-tier management consulting, corporate strategy, sales/business operations, GTM strategy or similar).
- More than 2 years experience in market research or consumer insight in mobile phone industry.
- Experience launching GTM teams (Sales preferred) or products in new markets.
- Good communication skills, aggressive, dynamic and result-oriented.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire, motivate, and cultivate respectful working relationship
- Experienced in working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia. Able to communicate, read and write in Mandarin is a must
