- Coordinate the analysis and reproduction of User’s issues by the Product Support team, with the involvement of other groups as required.
- Define and communicate answers and solutions to the Users.
- Maintain the operational support environment (documentation, case tracking tool, test environments, Knowledge Base.
- Maintain and continuously improve application support procedures to support business functions.
- Resolve production issues most efficiently and effectively while adhering to departmental SLAs.
- Monitor product/system performance to maintain continuity and proactively identify production issues.
- Analyze specific areas and use findings to write up and suggest product and system improvements.
- Very good understanding of support process cycle.
- Support feature releases with business users to ensure adequate handovers from product, development, and QA teams.
- Strong team coordination and communication skills.
- Proactive approach to problem solving.
