Liaise and work with the HR function to support the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the strategic plan objectives related to people development including, but not limited to, organizational core competencies, leadership development and succession planning, for country programs Jordan ;

Design a variety of learning solutions to stakeholders in line with best practices and within organization’s training budget;

Developing ways of utilizing self-directed learning;

Identify and develop internal resources through a train-the-trainer program and development program;

.

Design E-learning courses, career plans, workshops and more;
