• Manage the organizational Human Resource in coordination with IMC HQ HR, to ensure that the Regional Office HR affairs remain within IMC policies and procedures, as well as within the Jordanian Labor Law, including staff contracts, employment benefits etc.
• Assess and identify areas of improvement in IMC HR systems and discuss with Senior Management to address the gaps.
• Oversee and participate in recruitment processes to support the recruiting managers to select staff based on the best merits required for the announce positions.
• Manage the content and flow of orientation package for new hires staff, ensuring all new hires receive their orientation within the first three weeks of recruitment.
• Periodical review of HR Handbook and communicating changes in the document.
