The “Logistics Division” at the Scientific & Medical Supplies ,( SMS )is seeking for “Claims and Logistics Specialist ” - on full-time base employment as per the below job profile.
Job Profile Required : qualifications, competencies, and experience
Education and qualifications: BSc in administration or any related field.
Professional experience : At least 3-5 years of professional experience in a comparable position

- Dedication/commitment, reliable
- Accuracy and high attention to details
- High organization skills Able to work in a team and self-motivated, able to work efficiently under tight deadlines
- Very good working knowledge of IT and computer applications (e.g. MS Office, especially Word and Excel)
- Very good knowledge of English and Arabic,
Job Role
• Place Purchase Orders to Supplier.
• Establish processes for order tracking, maintain updated customer contact information
• Support the Supply Chain Manager in ensuring adequate inventory levels are maintained
• Follow up on Shipments Expected Date of Arrival and Departure
• Update CRM following every client interaction.
• Handle all communications with suppliers.
• Ensure shipment / products arrive to storage.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain Manager in order to provide any needed logistics and supplier interface support to the Sales team.
• Initiate all claim requests.
• Follow up with Supplier until issue is resolved / payment is made.
• prepare Shipments and follow up with couriers
