Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Designing interfaces for Android and Web Applications
  

• Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the product.
  

• Reviewing existing web applications and Android apps for UX and flow improvement.
  

• Work with software engineering to balance design intent with engineering requirements
  

• Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs for new features.
  

• Plan and conduct interviews, user surveys, card sorting, user research competitor analysis and usability tests
  

• Design and execute studies into user behavior and attitudes of the target user population.
  

• Create user stories, personas, and storyboards
  

• Deliver innovative end-to-end user experience that optimize among user needs, business goals, and technologies realities across web and mobile platforms.
  

• Understand and implement brand guidelines such as typography, colour theory etc.
  

• Develop UI deliverables from concept all the way to final production
  

Skill(s) & Experience required:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite such as XD, Photoshop and Illustrator.
  

• Expert knowledge of user-centered design principles
  

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator in particular) and Sketch design tool.
  

• Critical eye for attention to detail and pixel perfection
  

• Excellent collaborative skills
  

• Good Communication Skills to present your work.
  

• Proficiency with end-to-end design process.
  

• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
  

• Business know-how: Understanding of business metrics and the ability to translate product goals and objectives into digital experiences
  

• Demonstrable UI and visual design skills with a strong portfolio
  

• Capable of rapid iteration, feedback cycles, and experimentation
  

• Up to date with the latest latest UX/UI trends, techniques, and technologies
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Candidates should be graduates from any design school
  

• Any certification in design is an add-on
  

• We can also process candidates from any design institutes
  

• Should be trained in Interaction(UX Design), and/Or Visual Design
  

• Knowledge on basic design concepts, tools and software
  

• Prior experience working on data intensive application presentation. If you have experience with such an application from the supply chain domain, that would be just perfect.
