Customer Success Executive
Bangalore, KA
Responsibilities will include:
Handling Inbound/Outbound calls.
Assisting customers and assigning leads to relevant stakeholders.
Ensuring login hours and other KRA are achieved.
Identifying customer problems and flagging it to the reporting Manager.
Ensure the best standards in delighting the customer - understand the customers needs and details, identify potential solutions and take ownership for delighting the customer.
Rotational shifts with Rotational week offs.
Core skill sets ideally include, but are also not limited to:
Strong customer service background, follow-up, and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with strong customer empathy.
Has handled difficult customers or situations and can demonstrate resolution.
The ability to quickly adapt to new situations and think on your feet.
Technical fluency
Should have used tools such as Ameyo, knowlarity, Ozonetel or any other tool for calling in the past.
Should be familiar with any CRM and its functions.
Preferences:
Should have prior experience work with any product based, or Startup company
Strong communication Language
Flexible on shift timings
Multi lingual (English, Kannada , Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi)
