Job Description

• Construct and maintain the competency model of all key roles in the company, as well as the core abilities of the more supportive roles.
• Assist on the workload analysis and the manpower planning of projects and accounts.
• Fulfill the staffing needs, by job posting, sourcing, interviewing and selecting the best candidates ensuring that these selected candidates are aligned with the company's mission, vision and values.
• Recommending and developing different recruitment techniques for better selection and a more efficient process.
• Support on the early stages of the onboarding process.

Job Requirements

• 0-3 years of experience in Human Resources Management.
• Human Resource Management diploma from a reputable entity is a plus.
• Solid interviewing skills, communication skills and negotiation skills.
• Excellent command of the English language; spoken, comprehended and written.
• Goal orientation, organization and time management.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• BA/BS in relative fields from a reputable university.
• Business outsourcing orientation is a plus.
