Oversee employee lifecycle management and design programs that retain talent, foster employee satisfaction and allow top talent to prosper
Understand the global landscape of tech employees and help us hunt for talent both locally and globally.
Building relationships with local universities and educational institutes to create a future hiring pipeline.
Bring a deep understanding of compensation programs, salary bands (global), and market analysis (data-guided) to guide compensation strategies and programs that allow Atomica to remain competitive for top talent
Develop performance reviews, programs, and policies that support a diverse and inclusive culture
Implement proactive employee relations strategies that preserve trusting, high integrity, and engaging environment
Ensure the organization develops and maintains the culture, values, and design it needs to reach its growth objectives while managing structural change
Be a mentor and a leader for the People Ops organization
Job Requirements
Experience working with a fast-paced, rapidly-growing tech startup, as well as a background working at an established larger company
The ideal candidate is a builder, someone who can build our operational infrastructure and programs from the ground up or scale programs that have been started
8+ years of progressive experience in People Operations/Human Resources
Bachelor’s degree preferred, advanced degree a plus
Experience partnering with globally distributed teams
High empathy and a human-first mentality is a must
