Liaise with finance to set customer credit limit and terms
Create new customer in MS Dynamics (Great Plains) & set up credit limits and terms
Create new part numbers and enter in GP
Enter customer sale order in GP
Enter vendor PO in GP
Liaise with China team for vendor POs
Liaise with Admin staff to enter orders in CRM
Follow up with factories on ship dates and communicate with customer
Maintain WIP database
Coordinate with China team on shipping methods and options
Follow up with freight forwarders in Hong Kong and Shanghai
Process Inbound/Outbound to and from warehouse
Create invoice to customer for parts shipped in GP
confirm to customers parts shipped and send tracking number
Communicate with customers with regards to any quality issues, and report to our quality/engineering team to issue RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
Liaise with accounting to issue credit note to customers
Job Requirements
Work same time zone as in the US and Canada ( night shift)
Fluent in English
Bachelor Degree
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
High Communication skills
Understanding of sales performance metrics.
A team player with high level of dedication
Excellent computer skills ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work under strict deadlines.
Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support
