Responsibilities:
- Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
- Facebook Group: Moderate all posts, comments, and replies
- Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn replies and DM’s
- Email, live chat, co-browsing, SMS, and chatbots
- Zoom: Moderate all live Coaching Calls (twice a week)
- Work with social media manager and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
- Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
- Create meaningful experiences and nurture relationships to increase customer advocacy resulting in sales, referrals, testimonials, ascension, and retention.
- Organize and participate in online events to build community and boost brand awareness
- Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency
- Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and journalists
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
- Work on other related duties
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a community manager (2-5 years)
- Speed: You will be responsible for hitting inbox zero on several high-traffic platforms including our Facebook Group, Email, and Social Media Platforms.
- Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter)
- Excellent verbal and writing communication skills (English, Arabic required, French is a plus)
- Hands on experience with social media management for brands
- Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics
- Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- REQUIRED - Proficiency in building & managing ad campaigns in Facebook.
- REQUIRED - Proficiency in building & managing ad campaigns in LinkedIn.
- REQUIRED - Proficiency in building & managing campaigns in email marketing software platforms.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience of developing demand generation campaigns.
- Demonstrated success running integrated multi-channel marketing programs that combine email marketing, social media, and paid media.
- Ability to analyze the effectiveness of campaigns across multiple channels, conduct tests, and determine steps to continually improve performance.
- Deep understanding of the buyer’s journey, marketing’s role at each stage, and how to influence buyers.
- Ability to take ownership of the result and can independently determine what else needs to be done and how to do it.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to work on several projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
