Warehouse Manager

Job Description

• Participate in opening the Warehouse daily as a member of the Warehouse opening committee and preparing the opening report.
• Receiving the daily supply and orders schedule from the Logistics Department and supervising its implementation.
• Supervising the shipping department in determining the shipping priorities for the branches according to the geographical location of the branch, the schedule of Events, and following up on their processing and shipping.
• Organizing the movement of receipts and the entry and exit of suppliers to the Warehouse and supervising the shipping docks to avoid obstructing the work in the store.
• Completion of the documentary cycle.
• Supervising the arrangement and coordination of the Warehouse to ensure the safety of the inventory and work to increase the warehouse capacity and remove all obstacles.
• Deputizes for the heads of departments in their duties in case of (absences / vacations / breaks) to ensure that the work movement is not obstructed.
• Training the work team to perform the tasks in the correct ways that ensure the security and safety of workers and goods.

Job Requirements

• Experience as a warehouse manager in retail.
• Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases.
• Leadership skills and ability to manage staff.
• Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
