Job Description

• Manage requisitions to meet target service level agreements.
• Ensures the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process.
• Cultivates external relationships with networking and internal relationships with key functional stakeholders.
• Search for talents through various sources.
• Maintain and develop organization tactics to meet KPI's targets.

Job Requirements

• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Fluent skills of written and verbal English (is a must).
• Ability to manage several requests at the same time and to identify priorities.
• Computer skills, including web sourcing and Social Media Knowledge.
