The core responsibility of this role is to lead in the areas of experience architecture, automation, and optimization. Additional responsibilities include creation of user journeys and personas, wireframing and designs for all products and services provided by Dsquares..
Candidate should have good experience in UX of different digital channels (mobile responsive portals â Mobile Apps â management interfaces), with ability to match different personas.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead UI/UX team to streamline UX throughout company products and services.
- Create user experience, flows and journeys according to service/product provided [ Mobile Apps, Frontend and digital channels].
- Help Solution architect to design customer experience designs.
- Work with Product teams to produce optimum experience for product roadmap features.
- Export approved designs into assets to be used by technical teams.
- Support internal teams [HR, Marcoms] to create templates according to overall company CI.
Requirements
- Education: Higher Education related to digital designs (Computer science or equivalent)
- 7+ years of experience (Mobile Apps and/or digital platforms background is highly recommended)
Skills:
