Tendering Estimation Manager (Marble)

Job Description

• We are looking for Tender and Estimation Manager who Provides support to management during the pre-tender process starting from evaluating/ assessing tenders, assessing risk factors to arrive at bid decisions, and estimating all the required material, equipment, and manpower needs to be able to arrive at reliable cost estimates for bidding projects.
• Ensures project documentation is compiled and communicated to relevant stakeholders including but not limited to: Time schedule, execution methodology, organizational structure, general and particular conditions of the Contract, BOQ’s and total cost of the project, cash flow proposal, design drawings and specifications and any other tender documentation.
• Extensive knowledge with Marble works (Manufacturing, operation, and Pricing )
• Manage tender package for Medium to Mega Projects
• issue (ITT) instruction to tenderer.
• compile tender documents & contracts requirements.
• Evaluate Tender return and negotiate Final Tender Price
• Prepare and present Tender Reports

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• Minimum years of experience (10-15)
• Must work at least 4 years at leading marble manufacturing company.
• Engineering soft skills is a must (Auto CAD, Rivet, power point,….etc.
• Depth knowing in marble pricing/selection/shop drawing/manufacturing.
• Must have a thorough knowledge of project control practices, calculation methods/software, standards, and procedures.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
