Job Description

• Monitoring telesales and moderation team performance and motivating them to reach targets.
• Achieving sales targets and department goals.
• Providing continuous reporting on sales forecast
• Coaching the team members and increasing their sales skills and performance.
• Updating all internal systems to properly track potential customers and customer contacts
• Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
• Responsible for mentoring hotline.

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor Degree.
• 5+Years of experience with at least2 years as a team leader .
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Experience in the Real Estate sales industry is aplus.
• proven experience as a sales team leader in Developer is a Must.
• High level ofcommitment.
