Telesales Representative

Job Description

• Understanding and promoting the company’s product to prospects.
• Hit monthly sales targets and constantly prospect new clients.
• Bringing in new clients through emails, calls and referrals.
• Provide constructive feedback on the sales process to improve and elevate overall BD performance.
• Collaborates/consults with marketing, operations, clients, third parties and other internal stakeholders to coordinate the identification of potential service improvements and fixes and identifying solutions.
• Compile and share relevant reports for insights on the sales statuses.
