Technical Trainer

Job Description

• Assess training needs and certification requirements for File Bound Partners and customers.
• Create Training Videos on DWF applications
• Provide partner and end-user trainingonline materials.
• Prepare and conduct new product training for internal staff.
• Create instructor materials (curriculum, course agendas and training aids).
• Review product documentation and demonstration material.
• Create and manage web-based training courses via an eLearning platform.

• 2+ years of experience delivering software training/demonstrations.

Desired Skills:

• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server
• Familiarity with Microsoft Internet Information Services
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Office Suite
• Graphic editing experience.
• Video/Audio Editing experience.
• Experience in the Document Management/Work Management field.
• Experience with the North Pass Learning Management System platform
