Job Description
- Liaise between the construction and engineering teams ensuring the harmony between engineering team requirements and construction team deliverable.
- Responsible for all technical & design approval/solutions before sending files to production.
- Produce detailed working drawings and specifications.
- Update the drawing log before sending the shop drawing
- Ensure high quality, innovative and functional design.
- Develop ideas keeping in mind the project's needs.
- Specify and order the materials required for each job.
- Resolve problems and issues that arise during projects.
- Prepare technical material submittals
- Attend progress meetings, discuss and suggest technical proposals
- Managing the cost analysis and cost control of site activities
Job Requirements
Minimum required Education
- University degree in Architecture Engineering
Experience
- Minimum 15 years of experience same field
Skills and Abilities
- Leadership & effective communication skills.
- Planning, organization, and detail orientation
- Excellent AutoCAD User
- Up To Date Technical Knowledge
- Ability to use the main MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, outlook
- Competence in CAD, Primavera, Revit and Microsoft office.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent business and technical writing.
- Excellent English language.
