Technical Office Engineer ( Wastewater Treatment Plant)

Job Description

• Responsible for reviewing structure & MEP drawings and technical coordination between all disciplines.
• Review designs of new projects received , to verify their compliance with local building codes & regulations.
• Responsible for preparing & updating projects’ BOQs and calculating quantities.
• Responsible for the technical revision of all architecture drawings, at different phases of the work progress.
• Responsible for reviewing all shop drawings received from sub-contractors.
• Responsible for communicating with sub-contractors & suppliers.
• Responsible for responding to RFIs and site queries.
• Attend meetings with consultants, sub-contractors, suppliers & client representatives as needed
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in technical office functions in Wastewater treatment plants
• Aware with planning & cost control techniques
• Very Good in English
• Excellent in Revit, AUTOCAD and 3D MAX
