Sr. Graphic Designer (Private Label)

Job Description

• Designing and overseeing the implementation of unique branded product ranges across food and non-food categories.
• Developing the overall layout and production design for core and seasonal packaging, and other supporting marketing collateral.
• Determining how to best represent concepts visually, and which design elements to use in accordance with Breadfast’s brand vision, strategy, and positioning.
• Working with the central Brand team to manage the overall visual design, concept, and execution of digital marketing material.
• Collaborating with teams and key stakeholders to evaluate and improve processes and workflows in order to reduce time to market.

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer, visual designer, or similar
• A proven track record conceptualizing, designing, and executing complex packaging initiatives independently
• Experience maintaining high-quality creative output and strong attention to detail across multiple projects operating in a fast-paced, iterative environment
