Job Description

• Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery.
• Communicating with our team about layout and design.
• Designing and creating a wide range of original graphics and layouts for product illustrations, social media posts, company logos, animations, info-graphics, and websites.
• Refine images, fonts, and layouts using graphic design software.
• Responsible for dynamic visuals and icons for the digital platform.
• Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services.
• Maintain brand consistency throughout all marketing projects.
• Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designers, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary to ensure deadlines are met.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools.
• Study scripts and story-lines to understand requirements.
• Create storyboards for the initial stages of production.
• Create concepts that achieve business objectives and effectively tell a story.
• Able to Create a Brand identity for new products.
• Bringing the brief and concept to life based on the client's need and vision.
• Making sure artwork is correct and supplied in the right format/sizes/color codes before being sent to press and production facilities.
• Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
• Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines
• Communicating with his/her direct manager about the progress of projects and any issues that may arise.
• Quick and smart workflow
• Work on multiple briefs at the same time.
• Responsible for dynamic visuals and icons for the digital platform.
• Create storyboards for the initial stages of production.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
• Select type size and style to enhance the readability of text and image.
• Produce drafts for review to the clients and make revisions based on the feedback received.
• Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral
• Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
• Perform retouching and manipulation of images
