Social Media Specialist & Digital Marketing

Job Description

• Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media .
• Will be responsible for social media designs
• Posting updates to all social media platforms.
• Manage and coordinate social media content on corporate social media channels .
• Engage with customers in social media and respond to/escalate comments and requests
• Solidify and regulate brand voice on social media, including writing and proofing copy and content before posting
• Support Corporate Communications priorities in social media, including working directly with key internal stakeholders to build out social media strategies
• Analyze web traffic and relevant social platform metrics.
• Relay community feedback to relevant internal stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
• Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
• Proven working experience in digital marketing
