Site Engineer - Mechanical Power (Boilers)

Job Description

Site engineer responsibilities include executing the installation and maintenance of equipment for various fields of boilers and solar energy, supervising technicians, preparing reports, monitoring health and safety standards, and dealing with clients.

Responsibilities and duties

• Define site requests and obtain tools, parts and manuals required for assigned work.
• Attending at the customer’s site according to the schedules and carrying out the required work. This includes identifying faults, dismantling and connecting equipment, repairing and replacing it, and checking its performance after maintenance.
• Preparing the service report and obtaining the customer's approval.
• Adhere to safety regulations properly.
• Preparing daily reports and any other documents for the site.
• Review project documentation and verify graphics accuracy for effective implementation.
• Providing technical support as needed for immediate implementation and intervention, and seeking assistance from the director to solve the problem.
• Test the applied system as soon as it is installed.

Job Requirements

• To be successful as a Senior Site Engineer, you must be organized, have stamina and a willingness to learn.
• A site engineer must demonstrate commitment and an excellent work ethic.
• Experience of at least 3 years as a site engineer.
• Experience solar system - boilers
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical - Power).
• The ability to move or work in different areas.
• Communication and negotiation skills.
• Hard-working.
• General knowledge about all electrical work.
• Knowledge of Egyptian codes and specifications is an addition.
• You must be able to work with multiple professionals.
