Shipping Coordinator

Job Description

Main Job Duties:

• Contact Shipping Line and getting best rates as per company strategy.
• Handling all Import & Export shipping process.
• Coordinating with shipping lines for job orders.
• Negotiate rates for required destinations with all shipping lines.
• Design and assist in shipping plan and confirm with clients.
• Prepare the shipping declaration with the client’s data and present it to the shipping line or its agency.
• VGM.
• Withdraw the shipping order from shipping lines in order to start executing the logistic service.

Job Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience & fresh graduates can apply.Sales background experience is preferable. Excellent in English written and spoken.Excellent communication skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multi tasks
• Ability to work under pressure
• BSc. Degree
• Between 25 and 45 years old
• Communication skills
• Computer proficiency (MS Office )
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Experience in delivery terms
• Experience in overseas shipping.
• Experience in payment terms
• From 1-2 years at the same field.
• Good computer skills (MS Office) to be able to make reports
