Job Description:

• Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtains vehicle information.
• Writes a brief description of the customer’s concern on the repair order to help the technician locate the problem.
• Helps identify a mechanical problem by questioning the customer or doing a visual inspection or road test.
• Refers to service history, inspects vehicle, and recommends additional needed service.
• Prepares a repair order showing time, cost and labor estimates for service.
• Test drives the vehicle with customer as needed to confirm the problem or refer to test technician.
• Promote parts & accessories sales by informing customers about different products, vehicle care and maintenance that can get their vehicles operating more efficiently.
• Verifies warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers; explaining provisions and exclusions.
• Handles customer complaints
• Maintains high customer satisfaction standards.
• Maintains a professional appearance.
• Enhances organization reputation by achieving and over achieving the targeted CSI (Customer Satisfaction indicator).
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading manufacturers' publications.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Fluent English Language
• Engineering bachelor degree is a must (Mechanical, Electrical, Power engineering)

Minimum Experience:

• Minimum two years of experience in Automotive field (Passenger Vehicles) is a must.
