Job Description
- Develop, implement and manage multiple social media platforms
- Manage monthly paid media campaign for all brands by working closely with our Media Buying agency
- Assess on monthly basis the performance of our paid digital ads campaigns and set KPI’s for our media agency and work on action plans needed
- Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, includingreviewing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
- Train and monitor our customer service team overall pages moderation performance and take needed corrective actions
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Manage and oversee social media content Proposes new ideas and concepts
- Monitorand report any inappropriate problems.
- Define most important social media KPIs
- Measure the success of every social media campaign
- Track and analyze competitors’ platforms and marketing activities on weekly basis.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Work with copywritersand brand managers to ensure content is informative and appealing
- Prepare and submit reports on timely manner
Job Requirements
Education & Experience:
- BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field.
- From 3 to 5 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
Technical Competencies:
- Social Media Strategist using social mediachannelsfor brand awareness andengagements
- Previous experience in media buying strategies and optimizations
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Experience with buyer persona research
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
