Senior Security Engineer

Job Description

• Architect and design security profiles, objects and polices to guarantee right and correct access level to company data
• Analyze security reports to take preventive action that will protect and secure company data
• Communicate with IT Systems Section Head and Development team to design and integrate ERP System with WAF to guarantee right & Secure access levels
• Communicate with Collaboration Section Head to integrate Mail server with FortiMail to ensure mail services protection according to business standards
• Protect Mail Servers from outside attacks by designing, configuring and managing the FortiMail appliance according to business standards.
• Monitor and analyze users internet usage to optimize and protect the company resources
• Link and unify the UTMs with the Sandbox to filter & check all downloaded files at any site to protect company data
• Manage all security appliances through FortiManager Server to protect company data and guarantee prompt action
• Train peers and colleagues on new security solutions applied in the company to ensure full understanding and integrations between all IT sections
• Communicate and negotiate with vendors regarding all the PoCs, Procurements, services contracts and training agreements for security solutions to ensure company rights and benefits
• Perform any other assigned tasks as required by the direct manager within the same level of responsibility.
• Follow the instructions , requirements of the quality, safety and occupational health, the environment and road safety management system

Job Requirements

• BCs degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related field.
• FCNSA Certificate is a must.
• CCNP Security Certificate and CEH 9 Certificate are more preferable
• 4 - 6 years’ of experience in Information Technology with practical experience in Communication and Security field.
• Strong understanding of endpoint security solutions to include File Integrity Monitoring and Data Loss Prevention.
• Direct experience with anti-virus software, intrusion detection, firewalls and content filtering.
• Knowledge of risk assessment tools, technologies and methods.
• Experience in designing secure networks, systems and application architectures.
• Knowledge of disaster recovery, computer forensic tools, technologies and methods.
• Experience planning, researching and developing security policies, standards and procedure.
• Very Good Negotiation, Problem solving, Communication, analytical, and leadership skills..
• Very Good command of English language.
