Senior Recruitment Specialist

Location : Maadi Create and publish job ads in various portals-Sourcing & Screening Candidates resumes-Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates-Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events-Building database and creating pipelines-Assists the HR department in any needed tasks.-Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire.-Reports on quarterly and annual hiring plans.-Schedule calls and interviews More than 4 years of experience -Bachelor Degree In Human Resources or any relevant field-Fluent in English.-Leadership Skills -Active
