Job Description

• Identifying specifically the customers’ needs in support of wants
• Contacting potential and current customers and discussing their requirements.
• Handle all customer segmentation to maximize company sales.
• Record the customer's personal information accurately in a CRM system.
• Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market
• Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Experience from 1 to 2 years in Real estate.
• Experience must be in real estate companies or relevant field.
• Ex Brokerage is a huge plus.
• Preferably Owning a car.
• Very good in English.
• Very presentable.
• Microsoft office.
• Profile A+
• Excellent communication skills.
