Job Summary:
Coordinate, assist & support in all company initiatives/projects to ensure achieving the company strategic vision.
Job Duties
- Collect and Verify Requirements from all departments and stakeholders.
- Document & ensure the availability of all project documentation including but not limited to projects plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Follow up project tasks with different stakeholders to meet projects Deadline.
- Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings, distribute minutes to all project team members & ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
- perform any other assigned tasks as required by the direct Manager.
- Develop all needed Reports to be submitted to the direct Manager.
- Coordinate Projects Handover Process between all departments.
- Follow the instructions, requirements of the quality, safety and occupational health, the environment and road safety management system
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in business or related field of study ( preferred in engineering)
- Project Management Certificate is a Plus
- PMP is preferred.
- 2 - 4 years experience in the project management.
- supply chain industry background is a Plus.
- Exceptional verbal, written presentation & communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Microsoft Project
- Knowledge in file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines.
