Senior Architecture Site Engineer

Job Description

• Discussing the objectives, requirements and budgets of a project.
• Consulting with other professionals about the design of an environment.
• Producing detailed workings, drawings and specifications.
• Specifying the nature and quality of materials required.
• Preparing applications for planning and building control department.
• Preparing tender documents for contracts.
• Projects managing and helping to coordinate the work of contractors.
• Controlling a project from start to finish.
• Resolving problems and issues that arise during construction

Job Requirements

• BSc degree in Architectural Engineering.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have worked as a Site Supervisor previously and be experienced enough to be able to clearly instruct and supervise sub-contractors ensuring appliance of common operational procedures.
• Quality & Construction background is a must
• Ability to work smoothly in a team with organizational efficiency
• Ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
• Professional, client service oriented and positive representative of the firm
• Exercise sound judgment; proactive and anticipate client needs; effectively identify problem areas and negotiate and mediate when necessary to resolve issues
• Strong finishing background with eye to detail & highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
