Sales Senior Accountant

Job Description

• Coordinate between sales and legal team to conclude the sales process.
• Works on SAP program to process the sales transaction.
• Assist with documentation and testing of internal enterprise reporting system upgrades and modifications.
• Prepare list of checks for the customer.
• Review the financial calculations of the contract.
• Follow the sales, legal policies and procedures to ensure conclusion of the sale and transferring of ownership when needed.
• Support other team members as necessary.
• Performs other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree of Accounting (English Section).
• From 5-7 years of experience.
• Experience as sales coordinator or sales Support in a real estate field is a must.
• Must be highly detail oriented and organized.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives.
• Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office application; especially Excel.
• ERP background preferably SAP Program
