Regional Sales Manager

Job Description

• Expand company's reach in his region.
• Collaborating with Unit Managers & Supervisors to establish and execute a sales goal for the region.
• Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals.
• Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals.
• Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term.
• Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements.
• Plan and prepare work schedules, and assign employees to specific duties.
• Confer with company officials to develop methods and procedures to increase sales, expand markets, and promote business.
• Monitor sales staff performance to ensure that goals are met.
• Reporting to Sales Director.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree..

• 15:20 Years of experience in Sales - FMCG is a must.
• +5 Years of experience as RSM.
• Fluent in English.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
