Refrigerators & Cold Rooms Maintenance Technician

Job Description

• Monitor & supervise maintenance Procedures for Refrigerators & Cold Rooms and ensure
  implementation to sustain all maintenance activities across all locations.
• Carry out inspections of all Refrigerators & Cold rooms to identify & resolve issues to ensure
  functionality, safety and suitable working environment for Alfa LAB , added to reducing downtime
• Evaluate the process of both preventive & corrective maintenance to update them according to the
  mean time between failures.
• Manage space utilization / layout through analyzing all received requests in an attempt to maximizing
  usage recommendations.
• Inspect & evaluate new devices to ensure adherence to maintenance systems
• Manage relationships with contractors & service providers during works being carried out at Alfa Lab
  premises to ensure receiving the services as required & the adherence of contractor / vendor to
  internal policies and procedures.
• Keep Maintenance logs & report on daily activities to provide management with needed reports.
• Follow the instructions , requirements of quality, safety and occupational health , the environment and
  road safety management system.
• Perform any other assigned tasks as required by the direct manager with the same level of
  responsibility
  

Job Requirements

• High school / Technical Institute degree in Mechanical fields – HVAC or Cooling section .
• 3-5 years’ experience in Cooling Devices maintenance – Medical Sector.
• Ability to keep track and report on activity
• Good communication & interpersonal skills.
