Real Estate Sales Consultant

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Prospect active real estate brokers companies and facilitate the process of signing marketing contracts with these companies.
• Visit real estate brokers' companies and establish relations with real estate agents in these companies.
• communicate with real estate brokers (regular visit / call / whatsapp groups )
• Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
• Display and market real property to possible buyers
• Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, closing statements etc)
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Min. 1 year prior experience of real estate (experience in New Cairo market is an advantage )
• Good English language.

• Proactive.
• A fast worker with the ability to work well under stress.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer handling skills.
