R&D Formulation Specialist

Job Description

• Working with product pipelines at various stages of development, pre-formulation studies, setting of critical material attributes, critical product attributes & product specifications to ensure compliance with product targeted quality.
• Assist in scaling up of new &developed products via plant trials, making changes to raw materials or components & process parameters to ensure that the targeted product quality is maintained during large-scale production.
• Reviewing published technical reviews , research pharmaceutical references to keep up to date with industry development and modern technologies.
• Apply GDP for appropriate handling & maintaining of department records &technical reports.

Job Requirements

• Holding a BSc of pharmaceutical science.
• Significant experience 2 – 5 years in pharmaceutical formulation in a reputable pharmaceutical company.
• Excellent knowledge acumen of pharmaceutical formulation techniques, preferable with experience in CTD file preparation.
• Problem-solving & analytical skills with attention to details.
• Good communication skills for effective liaison.
• Good command of English language and well developed computer skills.
