Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Description

• Performs transaction review for quality control on data UW processing.
• Ensure full compliance with ASU, Functional Rules and other Allianz Group requirement in addition to Local Regulatory requirement on the Underwriting side.
• Ensure that approved wordings and clauses are used for each LoB and a log for any deviation.
• Understand the QA framework and day to day execution of QA practices to enable quality monitoring as well as service improvement in the operation department.
• Performing routine inspections and quality tests while identifying and resolving workflow and production issues.
• Conduct and perform monthly QA checks on LoB based on agreed frequency.
• Provides monthly results to management team.

Job Requirements

• Provides monthly results to management team.
• CII Diploma or equivalent is a plus point
• Fair knowledge of Six Sigma techniques is a plus
• Good knowledge of Insurance Underwriting
• Analytical skills and ability to identify issues, collect, review and analyze evidence
• Good understanding of insurance law cases with capability building skills
• English Spoken and Written
• Computer skills especially the application of Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,).
• Communication skills
• Strong reporting and presentation skills
