Job Description

• Production manager of concrete and cement tile factory
• Communicate with department managers to define business strategy and required goals.
• Estimating costs and preparing budgets for the production process.
• Organizing workflow to meet required specifications and supervising setting deadlines for delivery.
• Production control and problem-solving in the production process.
• Supervising the performance of production and quality staff and all workers in the production department.
• Determine the necessary resources such as the volume of labor, raw materials, and all requirements of the production process.
• Supervising the maintenance work and purchasing the equipment required to operate the department.
• Monitoring and ensuring the production of products that meet quality standards.
• Supervising the implementation of occupational health and safety precautions.
• Preparing periodic reports and submitting them to higher management

Job Requirements

• Obtaining a bachelor's degree in a specialty related to the type of product
• Practical experience in the field of the institution in management or supervision positions.
• Good knowledge of production management and all procedures for operating the department.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office programs and ERP programs.
• Experience in preparing production metrics follow-up reports.
• Understanding of production standards, standard specifications, and occupational health and safety regulations.
• The ability to effectively evaluate performance helps improve production.
• Good understanding of determining the budget required to operate the department.
• Proficiency in communication and dealing with the work team and departments of other departments.
• Possess organizational and leadership skills.
• The ability to follow the small details.
