Position Description

The Product Specialist is responsible for meeting defined sales targets within its territory.

• Sales Revenues/Budgets: Meet/Exceed sales targets. Increasing sales by actively selling to end users. Supporting sales representatives and developing tactical plans to maximize revenues.
• Planning/Forecasting: To be accountable for their business for planning, forecasting and achievement of objectives, key performance indicators and revenue forecasts.
• Business/Markets: Drive and initiate the development of new business opportunities and references. Increase the number of strategic partnerships.
• Promotion of specialist area within market i.e. seminars/exhibitions.
• Information systems: Utilize the CRM database provided by the company
• Communication: Organization of meetings/communication channels to ensure effective communication across business units.
• Actively visit customers to represent company products

Job Requirements

Personal Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Science / Medicine
• Min. 2 years experience in the same field (Molecular lab. products)
• Perfect English (written/spoken) is a must
• Excellent communication skills at all business levels
