Product Owner

Job Description

• Collaborate with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog in accordance with a milestone-driven schedule
  
• Translate product requirements into agile user stories and guide prioritization of the product backlog
  
• Define user acceptance criteria to facilitate validation of implemented solutions
  
• Assess value, develop backlog items, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
  
• Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
  
• Collaborate with product leaders, UX, and development teams to organize tasks within a project, coordinate product schedules and delivery timelines, and test and bring features to successful release
  
• Hold Sprint planning meetings with the team to ensure that the highest value items are being prioritized within each Sprint and provide more details as needed
  

Job Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner is a must
• Fluent English is a must
• Doesn't mind travelling to UAE 3 months per year
• In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Creative thinker with a vision
