Product Manager

Job Description

• Develops the marketing plan for his/her products to meet corporate goals for sales & profit achievement and growth.
• Ensures effective implementation of marketing plans (monitor, control, revise) and strategy to achieve annual profitability objectives.
• Plans and monitors marketing budgets.
• Develops messaging, marketing initiatives and marketing materials.
• Analyzes brand positioning and consumer insights, as well as trying to predict future trends
• Translates brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
• Manages a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives
• Leads creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”
• Establishes performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications, and sales estimates
• Measures and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
• Monitors market trends, research consumer markets, and competitors’ activities

Job Requirements

• Experience inConsumer Electronics ,Home AppliancesIndustry is proffered
• BSc in Business Administration or Marketing Major
• 7-10 years of hands-on experience.
• Effective Communication, Leadership, Planning & Time Management Skills.
• Analytical thinking Creativity.
• Business acumen.
• Professional presentation & negotiation skills.
