Product Manager

Responsible for the prioritization of a product s release course and product life cycle, as well as for coordinating all the processes needed to get a product not only ready for the market but onto the market as well.

2. Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch

3. Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams

4. Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue and messaging that differentiates One Global and its features across primary market segments.

5. Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities.

6. Significant consumer and Business product management experiences with expertise in financial services, fintech, lending, wealth management, credit , trading , supply chain and digital payments, and ability to seek an independent work stream that drives progress Operational

7. Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates One Global and its features across primary market segments

8. Use A/B testing, analytics, market research, usability studies, and competitive analysis to drive decision making.

9. Assesses market competition by comparing the One Global s product to competitors products.

10. Provides source data for product line communications by defining product marketing communication objectives.

11. Define and proactively monitor key performance metrics to support and inform product decisions.

12. Maintain awareness of industry trends and regulatory developments that affect product design and delivery to identify necessary actions, changes, and opportunities.

Requirements

. 6-10 Years experience in related field.

. Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle

. Previous experience delivering finely tuned product marketing strategies

. Any previous experience with identity, payments, data analytics, API product management, segmentation, or personalization will be beneficial

. Bachelor s degree in product design or engineering, MBA is a plus

. Certified Product Manager (CPM) or New Product Development (NPD) Professional Certification is a plus
