Pricing Officer - Pan Marine Logistics

Job Description

• Establishing and building rapport with Shipping line, Co-Loaders.
• Prepare rates and organize company information for tender processes, RFI’s and RFP/RFQ’s.
• Able to provide prompt, accurate and complete quotations in response to customers & internal team members.
• Very well organized; Maintain & update pricing database in timely manners.
• Contact shipping lines and airlines for best competitive rates based on the destination/transit time; requirements provided by the customer / Sales person.
• Conduct visits to shipping lines and co-loaders when needed/ required.
• Support the Sales / customers by providing competitive rates to maintain & grow the business.
• Prepare reports on weekly basis based on the management requirements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree
• Good communication, Negotiation skills.
• Team player
• Very Good knowledge of English Language spoken and written
