Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant

Job Description

• Oracle Consultant - Fusion HCM will provide expertise in the areas of Fusion Cloud SaaS & PaaS Preferred, primarily HCM core, Payroll, Fast Formula, Benefits, Absence Management.
• Approval Hierarchy and self-service.
• Facilitate and actively participate in all phases of the Implementation cycle
• Facilitate business by Testing, Troubleshooting and providing Post Go live Support.
• Assist Business Users in mapping and streamlining/reengineering business practices to implement various Oracle Fusion cloud modules using standardized implementation methodology.
• Assist, coach, and mentor other engagement team members on issues they may encounter in the design and implementation of solutions.
• Identify functionality gaps in Oracle HCM Cloud and support the developers to build extensions
• Responsible for Payroll processes and following setups Calculation Rules, Elements, Balance definitions, Calculation cards, Retro events, Object groups, Payroll Relationships
• Building payroll configuration for non-supported countries
• Responsible for setup and maintain payroll costing and costing to GL integration
• Excellent Experience in Business cycles and operations including KPI’s
• Create OTBI report and dashboard in the related modules

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud Certification is Preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud OR 3+ Full Life Cycle implementations of the Oracle HCM Cloud
• Experience in Oracle Application Implementation Methodology (OUM, etc.).
• Must be able to communicate fluently in Arabic and English; written & verbal
• Possess strong analytical skills, is highly meticulous and someone who has an eye for details
• Ability to prioritize time and tasks
• Creativity in resolving complex issues surrounding business process and technical challenges
• High level of commitment and positive attitude on achieving both departmental and business objectives
• A team player who can work well with others
