- Ensure following the operations process flow inside & outside the operations department
- Follow up with new merchants to be live
- Quality Calls for all running & new projects
- Follow up on issues regarding all projects to ensure all the issues are solved
- Contact the branch manager of merchants regarding all projects to solve clients complaint
- Escalate merchant s issues when needed
- Prepare hand over reports for all running 7 new projects
- Update merchant s database
- Creating new initiatives
- Sending confirmation emails to cascade for training function
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor Degree of any discipline
- Years of experience: 0-2 years of experience
- Very good command of written & Spoken English
