MSC Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Receive reports on telephone, email to work on and terminate it.
• Test equipment and used tools in machines maintenance to ensure its efficiency and validity to be used.
• Examine, identify break down of photocopiers to ensure repair accuracy and its working efficiency.
• Select required spare parts needed for machines maintenance for installation and test machines after repair to ensure its quality.
• Program Photocopiers on nets and activate all its operations to avoid disruption work for customers.
• Collect cash from customers in exchange for machines maintenance or installing spare parts, delivering them an invoice to prove cost of maintenance and supplying the collected amounts to the company’s treasury.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Mechanical ,Electrical or computer Engineering.
• 2-4 years of experience in Maintenance field .
• Intermediate command of English.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues with common sense.
• Ability to write technical documents/plans.
• Excellent problem solving, troubleshooting and debugging skills
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Good knowledge in Network and server applications .
• Good knowledge in office software.
• Have the basic information in electricity and mechanics.
• Know how to deal and handle customers .
