The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who will be responsible for our mobile product
portfolio and the entire product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation. You will also work
cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities. This is a
high-profile role with multiple growth opportunities.
- Define product roadmap for assigned products which includes defining objectives, budgets, competitive positioning, and product needs for short and long-term goals.
- Create compelling consumer-facing mobile apps and supporting admin products.
- Own and drive Mobile App(s) evolution with new initiatives while working across different product lines.
- Define new App features with specs, wireframes, and product flows.
- Optimize app releases, App Store management, and App Store ratings to maximize customer product adoption and ongoing app usage.
- Collaborate with key business stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve our products and innovate with new product launches.
- Work effectively with business line managers, sales, engineering, QA, and design to executeagainst prioritized and actionable product backlog following Agile methodology.
- Monitor key metrics for product effectiveness, engagement, retention, and growth.
- Developproduct enhancements that improve these metrics.
- Utilize A/B testing of hypotheses to drive iterative development of improvements.
- Support creation of training materials (written and video) for new product features that canbe used by sales, customer support, and technical teams.
- Analyze usage trends and patterns to influence strategic direction.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Technology-related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of mobile product management experience.
- Good command of written & spoken English.
- Strong Communication & Presentation skills.
- Strong Technical background is preferable.
- Significant expertise in mobile Applications with consumer banking/payments is preferred.
- Experience with app store release adoption management and general optimization.
- Expertise in the application of key app technologies including id verification, securitybiometrics, push notifications is a plus.
- Fluency with product development tools, web analytics, and AB testing software.
- Understanding of Mobile design and development for mobile usability.
- Strong attention to detail and an ability to deal with ambiguity.
- Passion for working in a fast-paced agile digital environment is a must.
