Key Responsibilities

1. Operation Excellent Process

• Handling and initiating Customers reservations in order to increase both sales -for visiting and Exclusive Doctors- and customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to add value beyond taking the call to relevant business areas (e.g., sales, marketing, product development, etc.)
• Ensure advising clients on products and services available
• Handle the cancellation and modification for upcoming Clinics
• Handle the online bookings.

1. Customer Satisfaction

• Implement the technical specifications, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
• Build an outstanding service experience through good understanding of clinic operations and procedures.
• Establish an effective communication between him/ her and his / her peers in order to accomplish the Departments goals
